Terms of Service for DUSKBLOOMWEAR These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website DuskBloomWear.com, operated by PETIT CLOU PTY LTD (ABN entity based in Australia, hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”). By browsing, accessing, placing an order, or completing a purchase on our site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our website.

  1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our website. If you are under 18, you may only purchase with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You confirm that all information you submit during checkout, including your name, shipping address, contact details and payment information, is true, accurate and complete.
  2. Product & Pricing Information All products sold on DUSKBLOOMWEAR are women’s casual apparel, loungewear, hoodies, tops and lounge pants. We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, sizes and descriptions accurately. However, screen display differences may cause slight colour variations, and such variations are not considered product defects. All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices do not include import duties, customs taxes or local fees for international shipments. We reserve the right to adjust product prices, run promotions or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
  3. Payment We accept payments processed via Stripe, PayPal and other approved payment processors. Your payment information is processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. By submitting payment, you authorise us to charge the full order amount for the goods you have purchased. If a payment transaction fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
  4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation An order confirmation email does not guarantee final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including incorrect pricing, stock shortages, suspected fraud, violation of our terms, or restrictions imposed by shipping carriers or customs. You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting our support team at contact@duskbloomwear.com. Once dispatched, cancellation is not available, and you will need to follow our return procedure.
  5. Intellectual Property All content on this website including brand logo, text, images, graphics, product photos and copywriting is the intellectual property of PETIT CLOU PTY LTD. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use any of our content without our written permission. DUSKBLOOMWEAR is our registered brand name.
  6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential damages arising out of your use of this website or products purchased. Our total liability is limited to the total amount you paid for your order. This clause does not exclude statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
  7. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising from your purchase shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
